The Creative Services Unit (CSU) is a knowledge-based workgroup focused on collaboratively integrating 21st-century Policing and marketing solutions that are cost-effective and sustainable while being tailored to the department's needs.

CSU provides a strong concentration of values in three key areas: marketing communications, content production, and effective mediums of content delivery. These interrelated areas allow the unit to maintain a vertically integrated advantage for the Department. This advantage provides enhanced service with quicker response times, cost-effective solutions, and higher-quality products.
